Bus collection Toei bus set on Yahoo Jp

I have nothing to do with the following auction - i just noticed it.

So, this sale isn't outrageously special, but it's not bad

that's 21 tokyo municipal city buses with a bid start price at JPY 12000. yes, the original price for these was less.  but still, for this price you get a very decent, very consistent set of buses that will make any n scale 'tokyo' look quite a bit better.    you also get some throwback buses.

 

as i have enough buses, im not personally interested in this, but for somebody who is looking to make a nice little tokyo, this is a nice little set.  the price is, again, not spectacular, but probably more or less fair.

Seriously, it's not a bad starting bid at all! But, it might NOT stay at that price for long... From my experience at Yahoo Auctions, these Toei buses often get sold at high prices as there's quite a large demand for them... Especially so for the bottom 3 two-bus sets...

 

I might want to try, but i'm broke at the moment and already have a large fleet of Toei buses....   :(
