Guess the location...

Or more precisely - in which of Tokyo's 23 ku did I take this photograph?

My guess- the Shinjuku Southern Terrace area.  I haven't been there recently, and there has been alot of new construction in the area, but if that's the place, it's in Shibuya Ward, not Shinjuku Ward.  The Koushu Kaido is the border line between the two wards at this location

First picture I would have said tsukiji, but it's all flat so second one doesn't fit for that.

Funnily enough I wandered past Tsukuji at night recently, and there's a certain similarity, but nope, not Tsukuji.

 

However anyone who's spent any time in Tokyo will have very probably passed this location.
