I just found an excellent YouTube channed by Aramagu8 showing the fast passage of trains on local rail lines:

Argamagu8 also filmed this video at Kamata Station on the JR East Tokaidō Main Line:

 

 

Note the fact almost every train passing by is a long-distance commuter version of the E231 or E233 Series EMU, including the two Green Cars in the middle of the train.
