I hope they don't muck up the story, as Hollywood is wont to do with adaptations of Japanese stories.

Hope? It's a necessity! I shutter to think. I have this image of a matrix redo in my head... It's almost painfully interesting to see how Hollywood warps things like this into their mould.

 

Watch the criterion collection of Brazil sometime, great example of genius's vision, hollywood's vision and the compromise that at least was made for Europe but took a while to get to the us!
