Couplers for Tomix EF66

I just bought a used Tomix EF66, but the knuckle couplers and instruction sheet are missing from the package.  I want to convert this unit over to knuckle couplers, but I don't know the correct number for these parts for this model.

 

Does anyone have a parts list for a Tomix EF66? (mine is #2165, but #2163 or #2164 should work as well)

 

I just need the part number for the replacement couplers (I think Tomix calls them "TN" type) but a scan of the sheet would work better.
