Can someone please tell me what this is for? It came with the adapter.

Fixed point connector, it reads, I think... But I do not know what it can be used for... Sorry...

Is there a sticker somewhere on the adapter of about the same size?

 

This looks to me as though it used to have two stickers on, but one of them has been used. Might have been included so you could label it in Japanese instead of English?
