Ok, I'm not an MTVer but stumbled on these (yes I'm probably way out of the cool culture zone usually) and found the creative and fun.

An interesting way to send things up. Good at poking fun across the board, soothing seems sacred, which is good.

I've followed them since almost at the start, but after season 2 the coolness went downwards IMO. Call me a hipster, but their fuel got on low-octane from my point of view. Still burning, but with some black smoke. Good to see they have managed to climb up so high with their creativity. That however never ceases to inspire and motivate.

yeah it was fun for a few, but not something i could watch consistently. creative idea but as you say low octane. different angle though which i found amusing and the fact they would go back and find interesting matchups. lots of things that get little coverage or thought these days.
