I voted for her. My Japanese friends think she is spot on with her remarks. For those who didn't know, the finals of the comedy awards (which this is taken from)was recorded/broadcasted live on a Friday afternoon at 2:30. So people in the audience had either bunked off work or taken the day off to attend, So no 日本人 :D
