Does anyone knows what the name of this train is?

Do you have a link where you found this and/or a higher resolution image? I'd have a fighting chance of finding this if I could read the destination blind.

 

Failing that I'd guess this is a "Joyful Sage Romancing Furusato Ikiiki Genki train" to be announced by MicroMax or GreenAce in 2018 ;).

It seems to be a special wrapping of Sanriku Railway 36-202 for the Della Company (who describe themselves as a “healing music record label”) to show their support for the rebuilding work after the earthquake.  There’s a story about it here:

I’ve not seen a model release with that wrapping - closest I’ve seen is the one with the blue waves.
