We have a couple of metro train drivers in DC that do nice old school station announcements with flair, but they never get out of the cab to dance... There was a Bart driver in the Bay Area that seemed to have never ending one liners about station stops that was always funny, but I think he got stopped by management for ad libbing.

Also in  Sydney, it must have been nearly 20 years ago, I remember the guard announcing the stops over the train PA. The entire thing was done impersonating a past and much impersonated prime minister, Bob Hawke.
