Guest bill937ca
I found this link in a Japanese language Wikipedia page about Tomix. The front page notes this pizza layout uses commercially available N Gauge products including Tomix 3076 tram track, the 91081 Mini Rail pack to circle a warehouse and run HO gauge rolling stock. It is 470mm by 320mm (18.5" x 12.6") and built on a Tamiya display board. Tomix N gauge C103 and R140 track is used. The models are RTR HO models from Japanese manufacturers including Sugiyama Models or World Kougei (brass). http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/saikatsu_tramway.htm http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/tramway4.jpg http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/tramway3.jpg Lots of small size rolling stock here: http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/body3.htm http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/saikatsu_train16.jpg http://www.k4.dion.ne.jp/~ksn/model/saikatsu_train18.jpg A very interesting concept and neat little layout! ;D Link to comment
acousticco
Hey Bill, I'm a huge fan of Japanese narrow gauge, logging and industrial railroads, and an even bigger fan of pizza layouts (I have four). This is one of the nicest I've seen, made by Mr. Seiichi Ito: <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value=" name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> -Cody Link to comment
