60009 Union of South Africa to haul royal train

Just watched the short vid with this BBC article, 60009 and 60163 look absolutely outstanding. For the opening of the new Borders Railway, 60009 will haul the royal train. I'm not sure if 60163 will be in the formation as shown in this video.
