railsquid
This is from yesterday evening, all up and running now. The problem was apparently a defective signal at a critical location. For added fun there was a person injury on the Den'en Toshi-sen around the same time. Link to comment
bikkuri bahn
According to news reports, it was a tripped breaker in a signaling cabinet located under an elevated portion of the Toyoko Line between Den-en chofu and Tamagawa Stations that was the culprit. Power couldn't be routed to signaling systems working in concert with grade crossings. *full service was restored approx 10:15pm Tuesday evening Edited August 26, 2015 by bikkuri bahn 2 Link to comment
