HO Tomytec EF81 spare parts ?

Hello, can someone please tell me where I can order or buy Tomytec / Tomix spare parts ? I do not speak Japanese nor can I read or write it. I am trying to get my hands on two HO Tomix EF81 shells. I need the shells to scratchbuild two Hitachi Mitsubishi BFA-32M models which are used in South America on Empresa Ferroviaria Andina S.A. (FCA). Thank you for your help, Tim
