Those are actually two Hungarian diesel hydraulic locomotives in privately owned paints. The smaller 3 axle M32 one the right is nicknamed gocart and you can drive them with a hostler or shunter licence. Apparently one of the locomotives was parked too close the the turnout and the driver of the other one didn't notice this in time.
