Sorry i wont be able to help you with the train on page 8, but the one on page 9 with the DE10 is..

 

Ah yes... The Okuizumo Orochi Torocco Train on the Kisuki line. Recently watched an episode on Japan Hour featuring this train. It seems to be a Torocco train which means open windows and such and is hauled/ pulled/ push by the DE10:

Page 9 shows GeGeGe no Kitarō wrapping trains on the Sakai line.

Yep, that line is well-known for doing that, because the author Shigeru Mizuki, who created GeGeGe no Kitarō, was born in the small town of Sakaiminato at the end of the JR West Sakai Line. By the way, he's still alive at 93 years old. And created an amazing manga series based on his own life experiences called: Showa: A History of Japan (the last English-translated volume will be released in August 2015).
