I know there are a few guys in the U.S. who do have E/F unit noses as part of their train rooms, although don't think any operate out of them.  They're more often used at the entry to their train room.  OTOH, many model dispatcher offices have accurate CTC set-ups, sometimes using original railroad equipment.

Gevalia is a Swedish Coffee brand. Their gimmick in advertising is that something unexpected happens (like a submarine runs up on an island or a guy falling down through the floor to the neighbour) and they remind you to always have Gevalia coffee at home in case you get unexpected guests (in Danish: Uventede gæster - which is written on the red/white band.)
