Alright you are allowed 3 votes to choose your favorite things you like to do in Model RR, only 3.

Have fun. (I know I'll probably be missing a few things but I can add them on..... Yep, I've already added Repairing and Running trains as more options)

I selected track laying but I use Kato Unitrack so I chuckle at real track layers lol. I also like Collecting trains as well, there's nothing like finding a rare model.

Not sure if this counts as part of collecting trains (which I chose above), but I definitely like receiving shipments of model trains. Even seeing the parcel van outside my home makes me jumpy, and taking the package into my hands and unpacking it is even more pleasing. Only problem is, where do you put all those EMUs which can be surprisingly long, even in N scale? :cheesy

I agree - kato unitrack has made railroading more fun with heaps of options for permanent or casual set ups  - better than I can do with my fixed HO scale layout. :cheesy

Running the trains is fun also -
