Wonderful find! I have a number of map handkerchiefs I’ve found in Japan. It spurred me to look for interesting handkerchiefs on other trips around the world for souvenirs.

Well, I got a scan done up at the local University.  Unfortunately they could not do it as one, so its 2 pages in 1 file, and I don't have the technology or skill to make them into one.  Glad to share.

it’s the best railway atlas I’ve found of Japan, maybe anywhere. I has all the lines including most closed ones and some nice features like historical notes, scenic photography spots, railway museums, and locations used in movies marked. 

Stations names also all have Furigana because even Japanese people get stumped by place name Kanji and I have no hope at all.
