Sacto1985
YouTube member tokyojapan556 filmed this zenmen tenbou video of a trip From Odakyu Karakida Station to JR East Toride Station via the Odakyu Tama Line, Odakyu Odawara Line, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line and JR East Jōban Line: The train transfers to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line at Yoyogi-Uehara Station and transfers to the JR East Jōban Line at Kita-Senju Station. Note the train travels on the Jōban Line local service line north of Kita-Senju, stopping at every station along the way all to way to the end of the line at Toride Station (the operational north end of all trains that only use 1,500 V DC overhead power). 2 Link to comment
ToniBabelony
Don't forget that this is filmed.from the 06 Series of which only one exists. IMO the best looking metro in the Kanto. Link to comment

However, it appears that Tokyo Metro plans to replace all the older 6000 Series EMU's and other "oddball" EMU sets with the 16000 Series EMU over the next few years. After all, in addition to the 16 ten-car sets now running, additional 16000 Series EMU's are on order for the service seen in this video. By the way, does anyone know besides the trains coming in from the Chiyoda Line, what other trains use the Jōban Line local service between Kita-Senju and Toride? Link to comment

Some of the 6000s are over 40 years old, it's about time I guess. Still, some have gone to Indonesia so still around somewhere. By the way, does anyone know besides the trains coming in from the Chiyoda Line, what other trains use the Jōban Line local service between Kita-Senju and Toride? Just Tokyo Metro's trains and the JR ones for the Chiyoda line (209-1000 and 233-2000). Link to comment
ToniBabelony
The 06 is a prototype that was satisfactory enough to go into revenue service. It's surprising that it is still running until today. There are also plans to have JR East trains running through on the Odakyu lines. Link to comment

Why, they plan to run JR East 233-2000 Series EMU's (the ones with narrower bodies so it could operate on the narrower loading gauge of the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line) as far west as Karakida Station on the Odakyu Tama Line? ToniBabelony
Yes. I believe to compensate for the demise of the Tokyo Metro 6000 Series. Possibly also for those few services all the way to Hon-Atsugi. The same for the Odakyu 4000 Series on the Jyoban Local line, which are basically E233-2000s with a few differences. Link to comment
