Hankyu 8200 Series?

Alright, after much googling, translating, and head banging, I have a question for anyone who may know. I just stumbled over a video that had an N Scale Hankyu 8200 series (2-car set) that perfectly matched a 7000 series (looked like a Greenmax model to me), but I cannot find anything on it anywhere. I've been looking to get an 8200 so I was wondering if anyone knows about this? If one is available other than the B Train Shorty I'd like to know, otherwise I'll probably just buy a third edition 8300 and modify the side windows. Here is the video if it helps:

 

Edit: I just found a better video of the model on the same youtube channel:

 

The problem is that I can't tell if this is an actual released model or just an extremely good modification.

Also, you could consider getting the Greenmax 30171 Hankyu 8300. It looks very identical to the 8200 you posted. That's one on sale here:
