bikkuri bahn Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 (edited) Eastern Japan (and especially Fukushima) experienced an unusually strong unseasonal heat wave earlier this week, with record temps topping 30C in some places. I don't know if that was the cause, but apparently what broke was the trolley wire spanning the crossover approximately 400m from Koriyama Station. Service was disrupted for 4.5 hours.
