    DL105 repainting

Here is what use to be a N scale New Haven RR locomotive. I removed the paint & decals by soaking the body in some Dot-3 brake fluid for atleast an hour. The paint came right up with a light rubbing with an old tooth brush. If you have some old box cars and gondola cars your tired of looking at and want to update their looks with some fresh paint scheme and decals. This is how to get the old stuff off fast. probably the biggest challenge is finding decals to serve you purpose. This DL might look like a GM&O locomotive. Or I might just turn it into a EMD or GATX lease locomotive. Which they never were but probably had a simple paint scheme if they ever were lease locomotives.
