Hello all, This year the JNMA will be held again, but at a different location this time. The previous JNMA were held in Hamamatsuchō, but this year they have moved to Asakusa, in the Taitōkan, almost next to Sensōji. http://www.jnma.com/ The event will be held de 3rd of July, so for those visiting Japan then, please don't hesitate to drop by! Lots of extreme bargains to be had and chats to be made! I will be there from before the beginning to beyond the end, as I'll be participating for the first time in one of the 25mm T-Trak meetings. Yes, I'll be specifying T-Trak meetings from now on in 25mm and 33mm categories, as the 33mm will become a thing here soon. There will be a few 33mm modules there as well, but the mainstay will still be 25mm (like mine). Anyway, for those who don't know, the JNMA is a 2nd hand model train market with small manufacturers also selling their products. Some rare and special things can be found here at quite reasonable, to bottom prices. See you there!

Another model train show announced in the Kantō area. The JMRA near (Keikyū) Kamata station: http://www.jmra.gr.jp/ I'll be going (if time permits) to meet up with the T-Trak Network guys and if all goes well, bring my own module (more on that later). I probably won't go buying stuff there, since I've got more than enough projects waiting to be done. Anyway, if anybody goes let me know and we can have a beer or something. xD

Hello all, in two weekends it's back again! The JNMA. The JNMA is an annual event where small manufacturers and 2nd hand model train dealers get together and sell their stuff. Sometimes at very low prices that can't be beaten! There is rare stuff to be found as well there! There will also be a T-Trak meeting and a temp. H0-gauge layout, like the years before. Website: http://www.jnma.com/ Date and prices: - 5th July (11:00 to 16:30) entry fee ¥500, free for the ladies and kids (to junior-high grade); - 6th July (10:00 to 16:00) entry free. Location: Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Centre - Easy to reach with the Yamanote line or Tōkyō Monorail (Hamamatsuchō) or Yurikamome line (Takeshiba) - http://www.sanbo.metro.tokyo.jp/ I'll be there on Sunday with a few friends. Not because of the entry fee, but because of (fun) family priorities. Things I'll be looking for is Yellow Train add-ons for Keisei trains, a cheap MA Hokusō 7000 model to use as a base for my Housing and Urban Development Corporation 2000 type kit and so on. Keisei related crap as usual. The hunt is on! See you there!
