Airport Access Limited Express Haneda to Narita

I found this video of a direct limited express from Haneda to Narita through the Toei Asakusa line. It's from 2014 august, so realtively new. I wonder when did this service start.

In its current form, in 2010 when the new Narita route opened. Despite the name it's not a limited express in the same sense as the Narita Express etc.

At 1:36 it's still faster to take the shuttle bus which was only :45 with traffic the last time I took it. Or better yet, just fly in to HND and skip all the NRT transfers outright. I did this on the last trip and it was great.
