Kiha 52 and Kiha 59 Specs

Hello there. I am a Filipino railfan. I would like to know the specs of the Kiha 52 and Kiha 59. Thanks

It's basically a KIHA 20, a bit longer, a bit heavier and double the power.

 

Also, you have a lot of interesting things going on on the rails there man!

The kiha 59 was a converted kiha 58/28 trainset used on JR East's "Kogane" joyful train charter service in the Sendai area.  Previous to being "Kogane", it was used on a joyful train called "Gracia" targeting women in their 30's and 40's looking for a luxury service.  Anyway, it was in operation from 2003 to 2010 as "Kogane".  Mechanically it should be similar to the venerable kiha 58. Incredibly, there is no English wiki page for the kiha 58.  No, I'm not going to make one.
