Newest posts in thread?

Previously (in SMF), you could get to the newest post in a thread by clicking on the message title above the latest poster's name. Now, it seems to take you to the top of the thread. How do you get the latest post?

On the regular forum index you can still click on the title above the poster's name. In the 'view new content' you can click on the little orange icon (dot or star) on the left. That's not very obvious though and needs to be changed. I wanted to either add a 'go to latest post' link underneath or to the right of the title, or just change the title link to go to the newest post directly.
