Do the Kato series 313 and 383 addons have motors?

I'm curious about the 313's

and the 383's

Are these sets motorized? I would assume the 313's are, and the 383's aren't, based on the fact that the 383's are labeled ADDON while the 313's are just labeled SET. But I'm hoping someone who can read Kanji has a definitive answer.

According to the Kato website:

 

All of Kato's 313s are motorised except for 10-422.

 

The only motorised 383 is 10-558.

The Kato 383 add on set is not powered... It's also the reason why I went with the Microace set, which is. The other big feature of the Microace 383 set is that you can replace the closed doors on the cab cars with opened doors. How cool is that?!? So it doesn't tilt and you have to pay extra for body mount couplers but to me that's trumped by the extra motor car (which also allows for more prototypical running and car configurations) and the end doors.
