The only mention I found of them was on a blog in 2007. They were only sold at the Access Tobu stall in the back of Asakusa Station and not at the front  office.  It sounds like this may have been a "find", perhaps surplus from some special event and not on general sale.

 

Maybe someone else will come out with something like this.

I saw one at the hobby shop at Ueno. I want to say it was about ¥2800. Was going to buy one, but the box made it a little too big for my luggage, so I passed on it.
