Some initial pictures of the box and contents of this kit.

Image 000:

The manual, doesn't look too bad :) Although, I do wonder how I'm going to add lights to this, considering the entire things is brass ...

Image 001:

The box, simple, clean and functional.

Image 002:

The label.

Image 003:

The opened box.

Image 004:

The contents.

Image 005:

Roof closeup.

Image 006:

Wheels, screws, couplers, leaf springs.

(Yes, the image descriptions are very imaginative ;))

Same treatment as the EF53 kit, except this went a lot quicker ;)

Image 007:

Pre-folder shell. I think it needs some more folding though, some weird things going on, and it's multiple layers as well.

Image 008:

The roof is 2 parts for some reason or another...

Image 009:

Leaf springs, couplers, screws, wheels. The wheels are very similar to what "the big three" use.

Image 010:

This kit has a lot fewer brass sheets than the EF53. The sheet on the left are actually the seats and tables.

Image 011:

Decal sheet, look like water-slide decals to me, so I need to practice a bit with cheap plastic kits and decals before I put these on the car :)

Well, soldering brass is near impossible with my current soldering iron. I guess they really meant it when they said it was designed for small electronics work :)

Bought some 2-component epoxy, which is going to be my next experiment. So, if you don't hear from me for a while, I'll probably have glued several body parts together  :grin
