It's weird--if I make a post, it gets 8 or 10 "reads" within about 15 seconds. There's no way that many people are seeing a post and reading it that quickly. Are we infested with some sort of new-fangled automatical computerish thingies?

Does it have anything to do with the RSS feed and sites that read it? Also, JNS seem to be on Google's list of "index instantly" sites, such that you can search for and get as a first result something posted only 5 minutes before. Oh, and one of those reads is probably me.

Guests will see the newest post and if there is an image visible it will probably get greater hits.
