I just got this in my mail today, i love it eventhough it is only static and is a test train. I read some where that in 2025 there will be a route from Tokyo to Osaka with the Maglev, that would be fantastic .

I wait this because I will try to motorize mine (I bought the same model on Yahoo plus 2 Maglev mini layout in 1/700)

http://store.jalts.com/maletrkit.html it's perfect for H0 Revel Transrapid but I'm not sure in N scale

I advise you if my experiment work fine

I don't know, but my club has the box it came in, found in a pile of junk the museum had dumped in our clubrooms.

I remember seeing a MAGLEV model in the railway museum in Ochanomizu. It was just a crude model based on simple magnetic principles, but it went like hell on its relatively short track!
