For some reason Ikebukoro is a bit a maze. The others are fine but I think the fact that Ikebukoro station is not parallel to north/south or east/west seems to make the exits labelled "west" and "east" kind of vague. Or maybe it's just me.

 

I'd add Asakusa to the list. The underground part is quite long and more than once I've walked right past the elevator entrance on street level, lugging a heavy suitcase. The tactile tiles in the area make wheeling a case around quite hard work.

 

I don't know why some stations are more confusing than others. They list Shinjuku, but I find that one quite straightforward.
