I've bought from them in the past for DCC (and some North American stuff) and am on their mailing list.  I got an email about KATO being in stock and they said they had European and Japanese.  I looked and indeed they do have some Japanese sets including Shinkansen and EMU as well as European HST (Thalys, ICE, LNER etc).

 

I don't know how they compare to other US outlets for Japanese KATO but wanted to put this up as another source to follow.  I have no connection to them except as a very occasional customer.
