Powered ReRailer Ramp

The Powered ReRailer is a simple device to assist adding locomotives onto your layout. Situating steam locomotives can be a chore. 

 

I divided and applied 6mm copper grounding tape and wrapped it under to contact the rails. Voila!

 

Locomotives walk off the ramp when the designated track is powered. User results may vary.

 

One more of those rainy day projects just got completed. 10year old idea never too late. EZ peasy project.

 

I labeled it, the Hot Railer.  Enjoy!

Very clever idea, I've seen these for sale but this is a very cheap and easy way to make one yourself.
