Thanks Bill, this channel is new to me.  Very interesting video, particularly the coverage of Kanagawa Rinkai from about 10:15 on.  That the DD60 locos were built in the mid 2000s really surprises me; based on appearance I'd guess they were about 20 years older.  I guess utilitarian carbodies keep the cost down.  Interestingly, the Japanese wikipedia page about Kanagawa Rinkai doesn't list D504 or NDD5601 amongst their locomotives.
