Great news, since the Ase Seaside Railway seems very pointless in it being only 8 km long and in deep rural Shikoku. Will also help the connection between even deeper rural Shikoku and the JR Shikoku station.

One of the few cases I'd suggest ending rail operations. The line is all viaduct and tunnels and the stations are away from coastal town centres and beaches.
