Sprung Pantographs

Hi all,

 

I am looking into the future with my layout and testing ideas for Catenary.

 

Does anyone know, or have suggestions for sprung pantographs?

I run mainly Kato EMU's with the odd Tomix. I see plenty of plastic replacement pantographs but they are not sprung.

 

I don't plan to power anything from the OHL but a sprung pantograph would make it look a little more realistic rather than one floating just under the wire.

I'm not sure any kato trains are set up to function as sprung or working pantographs.  I believe they're mostly just for show.  You might be able to swap them for working ones from a European manufacturer with a bit of kitbashing with a bit of work.  Good luck!
