Sunrise SETO at Kyoto timing east and west ?

I would like to know approximately what time the overnight  express would pass by the Kyoto area railcam

 

west 5031M    east 4032M

 

when I travelled on it a few years ago I do not recall we stopped at Kyoto station  either both ways   if that is correct

I’m finding less official info on this than I thought.  I’d guess that the crew’s schedule specifies a time to be passing Kyoto to the quarter of a minute.

 

Anyway, what I see is that the train for Izumo/Takamatsu should pass Kyoto right around 4AM, while the Tokyo bound train should pass around 1AM.  Japan’s local time is UTC+9 year round.

I had a look and  this Sunday morming

 

saw it at 0056 as 4032M EB  and again at 0415  as 5031M between  Mukomachi and Nagaokakyo  WB
