Hi everyone. can anyone give me details on these models please. It looks to be a Tomytec railway collection set with a modified open air coach and  the seller says the coaches have no details underneath. thanks https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/marketplace/toys-models/models/railway/locomotives/listing/2847787635?tm=email&et=41&mt=9022EEB4-2FA3-409C-B29C-352B7CC692CF&bof=Wa0f9eZO

Could be a Kato 10-1307 set.  https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10346807

Greenmax has also done a four car Keikyu Type 2100  set.  https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10435564

Lots of other variations, but none of them  by Tomix.

Given the Rapidos I'd guess Greenmax.  Also the same given the under carriage details as shown on the 3rd card down in the HS link for Greenmax.

Yeah, looks like the Greenmax one.

I wonder what the "open passenger car" is supposed to be...

Most likely a old model. The car numbers do not match any of the later releases. The lack of case makes me think it's the old pre-colored kit, but it could be the 2007 release.

Cannot say what the cattle car is supposed to be...

thanks for the input everyone. The guy owns a hobby shop and lists items on the  auction site from time to time. Its from a deceased estate and most of the other boxed sets he is selling are from late 90's to early 2000. sets silly prices and gradually drops them after relisting till someone bites.  I am surprised what he gets sometimes for sets, but they are usually people who don't have any idea of their value or lack of value. I will watch with interest to see how low he goes. Like I need another set!

Personally, I would stay clear of it. The set would probably need a new motor. In my limited experience, the late noughties Greenmax mechanisms were horrible compared to their Kato , MicroAce or Tomix equivalents. And this one is probably older.

And, if it's an older kit as I suppose it is, the cars might have some imperfections that cannot be seen from that single picture. Glue marks, etc. By the way, I'm 95% sure the antenna on the second leading-car is broken. A bit unprofessional to hide it in the back like that.

The seller would have to drop the price to less than half of its current value for it to be acceptable. I would ask for more, close-up pictures and perhaps a video of it running before considering buying it. I also don't believe that older kits had directional lighting.

Otherwise, for a bit more money you could get a better set from YJA. Either a four-car Kato set or even a eight-car MicroAce.
