marknewton Posted December 24, 2020 Regenerative brake differs from dynamic brake in that the energy created is fed back into the overhead wire. I don't know the specifics of the traction package on these trains so they may not have this problem, but on some of our trains with VVVF traction control the regen can drop out during heavy braking.  Cheers,  Mark. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
