According to YouTuber ichi pika, they are rapidly scrapping all the 251 Series train sets. 🙁

It is always sad to see trains we love being demolished..... Wait, are the E257s and E233-0s also going to be scrapped? 😨

The E233s are the Chuo Line sets being refurbished/reformed for 12 car operation.

E257s are currently being refurbished for use on the Limited Express Odoriko.
