Recommended Posts

Ever wonder what's being said in all those announcements  in train stations in Japan?   Below the video is a transcript of  what is being said. The photographer notes:

Compilation of short clips of Yamanote line mainly in the stations I shot while living in Tokyo.
The clips were taken in and around these stations: Komagome, Ôtsuka, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ebisu and Gotanda.
I tried to record as many departure melodies as possible, there are also train arrival announcements and conductors recorded.
