Kato TGV decoder install

Ok. Sorry to be asking to many questions, but I'm trying to dcc a kato tgv s14701. I bought a lenz silver mini for the motor car and a tcs fl2 for the dummy car. I tried to work out how to solder  the wires onto the light board, I actually found some info on your jns forum which was helpful, me not knowing a lot about wiring I messed it up. It doesn't actually  show the wiring how its soldered to the light board. I got the diagram but I really need a picture or to to make me understand it properly. Kind regards.

I don't have a Kato TGV myself, but if no one replies in this thread, you can always try to send the person who post the info you found on the forum a personal message for some more info.

I might put the TGV question into a different thread since this one is labeled for EF58.

 

I don't have the TGV either but in your new thread put in some pictures.  I suspect it is a normal "light board" install  (maybe the mods can move this last bit of this one to a new one)

Looks like he just bent the LED wires into position.
