Unitrack wierd color

I'm working on a layout job and I'm finding this off color unitrack with dark gray and copper jointers. Has anyone see this.

Are these knockoff? Even the track color is different its whitish.

Do you have pics?  Did you buy it new or used?

I believe that is the older style of unitrack.  I've never seen it for sale in stores, but when I've bought used collections I've found it.  It still works fine, although I've found replacing the unijoiners with modern ones make it more reliable.

 

There is also an era of unitrack after that style before the current one where the track is painted rather than molded in color.

This came from the customer..... its not in the package but new.

Yep, thats the older painted unitrack!  Still kato and works well, but made before the track color was injection molded.

Been really busy on layouts and only pop in from time to time. Thanks for the reply everyone .....When I look closer I can

see it looks like Atlas snap track material. I thought there might be knock off because they were new.

 

Happy New Year....can't believe its another decade.
