Questions about role models (wagons)

Hello, I have in my collection a wagon type Taki 3000 (black) Kato with white Nisseki Oil logo. ( http://www.katomodels.com/product/nmi/taki3000_e.shtml ) Unfortunately, I can find no information on the web in which period these cars were with this logo on duty !? As far as I know, the wagons were in service throughout Japan, including Hokkaido ?. Can somebody tell me something about that?

which according to the caption on this page: https://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/osk_railjapan/8027455.html is near Shimamatsu station on Hokkaido.

 

The Japanese version of the Kato product page contains a bit more information and says they were in use up until 2002 (the Wikipedia article says 2001).

 

No expert on these (actually all I know is the Taki 1000s) but I want some now...

Also, please note the bearings. The spoked wheel bogies had journal bearings, the later disc wheeled bogies on the next image still had the journal bearings, while the later photo on the wikipedia page shows roller bearings. This means two possible bogie and wheel types giving 3 different setups over the lifespan of the cars. The Kato model seem to show the middle one.

Since I have succumbed to a translation error ... I was displayed in German Shimomatsu, the place is located in Osaka ...

During my break at work I was able to collect a few more pictures :-)

 

@kvp Yes, I also noticed that I had not seen correctly in the first pictures.
