Is there such a thing where I can paste it on a wall or something and use it as a background for a simple diorama?

 

Update: I found there is but is there any from KATO or other Japanese train makers?

there are some sources on those other threads, but many of the commercial source links are dead unfortunately. Many try to find panoramic pictures and have them printed out on the roller inkjet printers at copy shops for their backgrounds, but you need the images to pull from. Lots of them out there on the internet and also check the online stock photo house as some are very reasonably priced for a 10mp image.

 

kato and tomix don't sell backdrops but kato provides one with the basic unitram loop and tomytec has a number of small backdrops that go with their vehicles and diorama kits that you can download for free and print out.

What kind of scenes are you looking for? I have a folder on my pc with images suitable for backgrounds that I built through the years that I can send you if you want.
