The second ones are actually Stadler Flirt 3-s (NS Flirt-s) and it looks like they are made in Hungary and Poland...

 

ps: I still think the coolest NS trains are the DD series and the ICMs.

These DDZ units have already been running for quite a few years now. They're really comfortable trains, albeit the outside appearance is rather ugly. Also take a look at the air cushion transporters, I saw one of these in action a few years ago.

 

The NS FLIRT units have just arrived in the Netherlands. They are now doing homologation runs. Here's a few photos of when I spotted them at Maastricht station:
