Instant lettering for Kato HO coaches

Hi,

I have a problem with instant lettering for sleeping cars of Kato, they won't go on the car and just rest on the plastic support...

Can someone explain me if maybe it is possible to turn the letters adhesive again? (As they aren't available as spares at Kato...)
