JRF Running Session: Junior's JRF Freight and Loco Depot - Freight service is slow right now but whenever it does pick up or we acquire more freight cars, we have the locomotive power ready.  Yes, I am aware that the locomotives outnumber the number of freight cars.  :)

The DE10 is the only one without the JRF logo so I'm not really sure if it belongs here but it's one of my favorite locomotives.  I think I've seen it hauling freight on youtube, not sure though.

You need to catch the Koki and Taki bug. And even better then you can catch the container bug. Then before you know it you have more Kokis than track!

Brought out the 15 Degree crossings and created an intersecting double oval which made for exciting double train running.  There were potential for collisions so it put my train driving skills to the test and also made me pay attention a little more.  I admit there were a couple of minor collisions as I panicked and instead of gunning the throttle to avoid the collision I stopped the train.  It was a lot of fun!  :)

If I can ever get rid of my Atlas and Micro Trains Freight trains, I just might get me more Japanese freight cars.  Maybe.  :)

I noticed that most of my contemporary commuter trains are Kato except for my recent purchase of the Tomix 225 and 313 but some other new Tomix are coming - 227 and 323.  And vice versa where my 115 fleet are predominantly Tomix.  Hmmmm.

Yeah, there's some luck involve - as my sample size grow, I'm beginning to believe Jeff more that the 4 main brands are all good and will always have some lemons. We will always have our biases.

Simple oval depicting a single rural line in my imagination and running newly acquired 2 car DMU's and single Double Cab Diesel Cars.  :)

I really just wanted the DD16 Locomotive but it's not available by itself currently so got the set, the snow plows are a bonus. I like them though.

Great line up as always!

It's nice to see having fun simply just running these trains for fun and need not give a care about them not being at the right region at the same time ~  Sometimes we need to give the rail police in us a break and just let free and have fun like what Serotta1972 does!  :)

If the DD-16 had lights I would definitely buy the set but that's the turn off for me (pardon the pun).
